I had purchased dell laptop insprion series about 2 months back. From the very beginning system appeared a bit slow but i tried to manage. But gradually the system became very slow and difficult to run. I contacted the technical support team and they were very intelligent to diagnose it as software problem and advised for windows reboot.in the process, as advised by # i lost my 2 tb important medical data as no one told it would erase data from hard drive.
Even then the system was very slow, thanks to their robotic mind and they advised to take to service centre
I asked about on site warranty with laptop but i was told it was only for hardware problem and their robotic minds had diagnosed it as software problem.
I took the laptop to service centre and believe me at least carry a bottle of water, snacks as waiting time can go as high as 1- 2 hrs. Patience is the key to submit your laptop with this premiere services. After two days, i got a call that laptop has hardware issues and hard disc will be replaced.. See the smartness and so called on site warranty!
I got a call after 3 days to take back laptop.. I took the laptop back home and new windows has been installed due to new hard drive. When i installed quick heal security system, it has detected at least 200 threat's or virus.
The system is working fine but don't know till how long.. I don't know exactly the implications of virus or threat but one of the worst experiences with their services. Was this information helpful? |
