Dell India — Faulty laptop even after replacement. | |||||
I had purchased an alienware fom compuindia.com in this month of November 2015. On receiving being the laptop I complained about its defect and in next one and a half month gota replaced product. The replaced product I received was also faulty. Ever since then I have been complaining about it and no solution was provided in 3 months. On requesting for a replacement I was told it's not possible as it is a replaced product. Its not that I complained after 3 months. From the very beginning I have been complaining about its failures. I was also told that if replaced I'll get a refurbished product. Why should i bafe the consequences of your organisation's incompetence in delivering a quality product. Now I need no more service. Either give me a replaced product, else refund my money. Otherwise I'll be bound to take legal actions for the mental harassment I've gone through because of your organisation.
