Hello sir/madam,

I have been facing problems with my dell inspiron 3148 since more than a month now and even after multiple (4) visit by the dell technicians the issue isn't resolved n touch screen still doesn't work,
All parts has been changed twice.. I. E motherboard n touchscreen.
Now your resolution expert mr atul nangia i spoke with wants me to take to a service center.. Which is far away from my place and i don't know what's the need when dell technicians already tried checking everything.
It's really inconvenient n getting frustrating since i use this for my work n touchscreen was the only feature i bought it for..
Kindly help to get this fixed as soon as possible or provide me with a new one.
