Hi team,
I have following complaint against you.
Hi team, i have submitted my laptop for in warranty repair on the 13/11/2017 and still waiting for part. Service center has confirm that they have requested for parts the same day.
I have called multiple times to service center they are giving the same excuse that waiting for parts.
I have spoken to then today and they have mention parts will be available next month 25/12/2017 and was referred to dell customer center.
I have spoken with dell customer care they have asked me visit the store call from there this is not accepted.
I have spoken sanil from dell customer care and was informed that he will send email to escalation or some team to expedite the request however no eta.
I m using the laptop for business and without it for 1 or more month is not acceptable.
I have purchase a device from you and if parts are not available you have to make other arrangements for me.
