Hello,
I have Contacted Dell Support on 10th Deceber 2021 through WhatsApp for the issue that My product Dell CPU which is in active warranty (service tag JBRW6T2) performing slow. Support executive guided me ew steps to follow but it didn't worked. And I asked Support Executive that "If My System suppports M.2 NVMe SSD?" I have doubt for this system so I again ased to recheck and reconfirm for NVMe SSD specially. Response was "Yes System will support it" on same day.
After that I bought The SSD, and installed it in to same system but it wasn't detected. so I again contacted the support from same WhatsApp channel.
Firstly the Support Executive asked me to check into bios settings. I did that as well. after few attempts it didn't worked again.
Then After some time executive told me that my system doesn't support NVMe SSD.
Response: " I really apologize for the wrong information shared above, It was not done intentionally.
This is to inform you that your computer supports only SATA SSD, not NVME drive.

and then no update from Dell till date. I am the only one who is continually asking for update on same
I already bought a SSD and dealer is not ready to replace the SSD, So I asked Dell to replace it from their sales team. they didn't helped me for same. Now who will bear the cost of SSD (approx 5K)?
