Am writing this with the biggest disappointment!
We do not think a 3rd rated support which dell is offering and we again suffered a lot with our time and paid money.
A brand new laptop - went through hardware issues (restarting complaint) where dell is not agreeing to a laptop replacement.
At least part (Motherboard) replacements should be in the fastest manner.
For the same laptop - we register and follow up complaints, none of the complaints is accepted/closed by our end.
when can we expect the hardware replacement at least?
1. Order Placed to Dell Online store: June 17 - 2022
2. Invoiced to us - July 02 -2022
3. Consignment received - July 08 -2022
4. unboxed and register 1 st Complaint - July 20 -2022
5. From July 20 to Aug 16 - Following and given the laptop to carry in the service center, Coimbatore ( 2 times)
6. Expected complete replacement - Dell not accepted
7. finally agreed on the Motherboard replacement. Given the laptop to the CIS center (attached SDAR report)
8. Till the time no solution yet.
9. Overall Timeline 2 Months since we paid, But Not a single use.
10. It's totally unfair that my warranty period is just consuming without any usage.
