On 26.09.2023 I reported about screen monitor that got blackened and it was reported to DELL Service Support and the monitor was replaced on 29.09.2023 by DELL service support technician.
After they leaving [until service time the laptop was running in battery] when it was plugged for AC mains connection the laptop didn't get switched power on and when on 30.09.2023 being Saturday no Dell Support is available.
I have given an online complaint in this regard. As I totally rely on laptop for the studies as all course materials, test materials etc are available in online mode only. As exams are to start on 8th Oct 2023 gets completed on 15th Oct 2023
The previous service complaint took three days for completion and immediate next complaint arose. Kindly replace the laptop with a newer such that it doesn't spoil studies.
Following are queries
Does DELL India maintain stocks of parts for anything they sell ? If yes why delay in service schedule ? postponing at will If not why they sell those products ?
Is selling and service practices adopted by DELL India benchmarks to DELL Inc ?
Why DELL India expresses concerns and repeatedly mentions it has forwarded the complaint to internal team/service team etc, The fact emerges from continuous communication is that DELL India doesn’t possess the part required.
Do you think any customer will pay and accept that DELL India a MNC company selling inferior products and provides worst service.
