This refers to my complaint regarding dell laptop. Please note that I have followed every step mentioned in the e-mails sent by Dell to solve the problem. But their mail contain certain sentences which are not correct and to which I am in disagreement with (given below):
We tried contacting you through email and over the phone but without any success.
We request you to revert us with the results and observations of the troubleshooting which was sent in previous email. So, that we can help you further with the issue accordingly.
Please note that it is failure on part of Dell to resolve my problem and not my fault in following exactly your trouble shooting procedure.
Again, following is written in the mail:
In case I do not hear from your again, it was a pleasure assisting you.
Please note that each and every mail of Dell was replied within 12 hours of its receipt.
It is really pathetic to find out that the methodology adopted by Dell in resolving my problem is not successful and hence fault is being imposed on the customer.
It is requested that problem of my laptop may be escalated to a higher level.
