Dell India — Laptop Inspiron 15 5558 Defective piece supplied | |||||
I bought DELL Inspiron 15 5558 on January 1, 2016. Since the time i"ve bought it, it has many hardware issues. 1. From the very first day the wifi doesn't work. However, contacted your team they resolved. The laptop is very slow and gets hanged from the very first day. 2. Again Touchpad issues, they changed my touchpad. 3. Suddenly speakers stopped, the guy who came for touchpad did something and it worked. 4. Submitted to service center for slow functioning, they changed keyboard saying it as a reason. 5. They re-installed the windows too. 6. Now again the wifi doesn't work on February 3, 2017. Sir, it's been 13 months but i haven't used my system because of so many issues coming up daily. i"ve been only complaining and wasting my hours with your technical support team on an average of 5 days in a month. You guys have supplied me a [censored] piece of your manufacturing which gets bad daily without any of human effort. Request you to take up responsibility and help me in any possible way. As of now, I've warranty but what after warranty expires? Will i pay daily for fixing the everytime new error pop up? Please give me a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
