I have purhased laptop dell inspiron 3148 with product serial no6K7MF32 on 14/01/2016 following are the complaints regardingthe same 1.Keyboard functioning problem-some keys are not working smoothly 2. startup problems-after startinggoes in sleep mode 3. touch problem-not working soothly 4.sometimes get hanged during work look into the matterat the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

You may try the following steps:
Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.
You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.
