To, The concerned person, Our dell laptop [inspiron 15] developed issues on a 'regular' basis during the warranty period itself and registered almost 5 critical failures, with were subsequently rectified by the local-dealer; however, we do not expect any issues with a product, which we purchased because of our faith in its brand name, paying a significant amount. I gave my laptop for service there and they are not repairing it properly after keeping bucks. i went there atleast 5 times but they are not responding good. it's sco no 15-16, dell showroom, sector 20 market, chandigarh.
