To, The concerned person, Our dell laptop [inspiron 15] developed issues on a 'regular' basis during the warranty period itself and registered almost 5 critical failures, with were subsequently rectified by the local-dealer; however, we do not expect any issues with a product, which we purchased because of our faith in its brand name, paying a significant amount. Laptop is within warranty and 4 parts of this laptop are damaged. We want new laptop aa replacement

I gave my laptop for service there and they are not repairing it properly after keeping bucks. i went there atleast 5 times but they are not responding good. it's sco no 15-16, dell showroom, sector 20 market, chandigarh.

my laptop screen is blinking from last months and mouse pad also not working properly.when i working in laptop suddenly screen blinking starts, and when ever i conect the laptop with charger or other electronic device mouse pad not working properly become sticky in one place. please help me as soon as posssible.
