Dell India — My warranty and your customer care service | |||||
I have bought my Dell 5547 on 26th July 2015. My warranty is shown already to be over. I have tried contacting the Dell customer care service who directed me to the retailer(Croma Mulund) to deal with the problems and ask them to forward the purchase details. Which was done by me and according to them they forwarded the details of my purchase on 3rd of June 2016. and i was told the details will be updated within a span of 15-20 days but the information is still on updated. When asked to the Dell personnel she has again directed me to the retailer. Your customer has to juggle between two parties to attain service from you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
