Dear team
I just fed up with your company.i explained a lot of time my problems.if it a used product i can understand, but my product is new and its under global warranty.
Dell Inspiron 3558 3000 series.
Its cost around 35k
Its pathetic that a product from dell is completely failed.
I am contacting your customer service for the last two months.5times i am given tag transfer ownership request.only once they have reviewed my request and got denied mail from the global transfer team.yesterday also am given a request.your team is not reviewing the request at all.

ITS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS I AM COMPLAINING AGAINST DELL.NEW LAPTOP IS COMPLAINED AND I HAVE TRIED MORE THAN 5TIMES TO COMPLETE THE OWNERSHIP TRANSFER .THE COMPANY IS NOT REVIEWED MY REQUEST AND KEPT PENDING THE SAME.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST AND REPAIR MY LAPTOP ASAP FROM THE AUTHORISWD CENTER WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
