I made a complaint as my laptop got burnt on the top left corner. My complaint number is[protected]. One executive named Sanchi Saxena asked me to send the photos of the laptop. As I don't have any option of sending photos, I made a call to customer care and executive named Yashaswini received my call. When I am explaining my problem, she is not at all helping with my query and moreover asked me to contact any electrician. To buy a laptop, should we have to use smartphone or need to have a nearby electrician?
Dell is a multi national company and should have proper customer service. I bought the laptop 4 months back and this is the third time I am facing the problem with this. Last time also they took 10 days for resolving the problem. Was this information helpful? |
