Dell India — Non receiving of correct information regarding refurbishment of dell laptop purchased from Ahemdabad | |||||
Hello sir/mam This is DR MONIKA KHATRI DENTIST (MDS PROSTHODONTICS) from Jabalpur(M.P) want to inform you that my cousin purchased Dell laptop (of which details i am forwarding through image) in may 2016 which was uninformed as REFURBISHED item; and only information given was is a Demo version; so had problem with mother board 5 months after purchasing and spended 4000 bugs. Please its a sincere request from a DENTIST THAT TO SUPER SPECIALIST to take necessary action to shopkepper and do needful with same. I bought this dell inspiron lapto on 9th may 2016. after few months this laptop speakers are not working properly. while playing music or any sounds, huge noise will coming from speakers. i have one year warrenty. please resolve my laptop problem. my contact number is [protected], and my email id: saikumar.dunga.[protected]@gmail.com.
