Dell India — Not provided proper services after charging rs 1354 and doing fraud. | |||
I submitted my two dell laptop inspiron n5110 and one more dell inspiron last week and they diagnosed both of them and said it was your hard disk problem and you need to replace it so i did in one of them as it was actually the hard disk problem but in other laptop they simply didn't diagnosed it and stated that it was the same hard drive problem but it was not a hard drive problem but a minor software problem and on insisting by me that you just format it and it will work because its not required to change hard drive for such a small problem. They said it will not work without changing your hard drive but when they tried that it starting working fine and laptop started working properly but still it was showing some error related to drivers not properly installed. On asking them they said it will work fine after sometime as they have properly installed it but when i reached home, it was two days holiday for weekend and when i opened my laptop on monday it was showing automatic repair and was struck on it so i called them and went their office to have it repaired but they said it was not our fault and we will not repaired it. It was seriously un-professional behavior with customer even after taking service amount of rs 1354 from me. O i just wanted my money back or take necessary actions in this regard so that my laptop can work fine. Was this information helpful? | |||
