1. Service request for new laptop under warranty was placed on 19 Apr 22 for 'hinge' of laptop that was broken and it was conveyed that the same will be resolved within 5-7 working days. However, the part has still not been shipped.
2. The laptop is being used for college studies and repair was urgently required, moreover laptop is essentially required for exams.

4. The poor response from Dell is quite unpleasant and has led to unnecessary stress to the customer and the student.
5. It's time to raise the level to consumer court.
6. This is my third laptop but first from Dell and I am highly disappointed.
