Dell India — Replacement of defective laptop

I bought a laptop on 15-feb-22 evening with S/N-HGK51B3, but unfortunately I was defective. I informed the retailer but they denied and said I was perfect without checking it. And service centre technician said don't put me in this. I called at help line number and explain whole thing they take invoice and pic of laptop to issue DOA. I run whole day without eating anything no one giving me proper response. Every time to each person I explained whole thing many time. I visited other Dell service centre they said they are third party service provider they said they fix it but because of newly laptop you have go Authorized service centre they give me adress where I go and technician check the laptop and said it was manufacturing defect because HDMI and usb port are not aligned properly. I called at help line number they rebuked me and said our final instant is your laptop is fine they don't provide DOA. But when i give phone to the technician he told him laptop was faulty then he talk decently. DOA was approved on 22-feb-22 but on one come to pick up .Second time DOA was approved on 4-march-22. Technical team said submit the laptop to dealer. From that day to today I'm waiting for replacement. It almost 50 days of my purchase and 30 days of submission to retailer. Retailer said take other model whose configuration is totally different they don't have same model, they try to arrange it but also said they don't put any effort to it. Dell company said they have same model and they provide me the same on call. Everyday they calls me and said same thing they don't have any input of submission of faulty laptop. I give him all required details regarding purchase, submission, delivery address, dealer contact number and address, but they every time said they collect faulty laptop. As per company said i submit it to the retailer. They took two months for confirmation only, still they are not confirmed either laptop was submitted or not . They only ask replacement of new system is initiated. At today they said collect faulty laptop from retailer. Onec they said submit it retailer after one month they say collect it from them. Retailer said they hand over the faulty unit to company. I want same configuration with my budget. My parents hard earned money is in troubl due to company. Please help me.

Dell said they don't have the same model after taking two months this affects my college project two much. I already said them and retailers also if you don't have the same model refund my money so I can buy it from some where else. But retailer denied for refund they force me for another model. But same model is available in market and leading online shopping site. In this two months price get hike. Dell said they don't have laptop with similar configuration at that price. They said refund process takes two weeks. Only after they collect the defective system. But I already submit it to dell retailer on 5th March, 2022 and inform them . But Dell said you must have the laptop for refund. I find the distributor they have my laptop but they can't give me and Dell said collect it from them. How I take refund. Dell spoiled my too much time and harass me too much. Still no laptop after payment or no refund after submission of defective laptop on 5march, 2022. I feel helpless. No one calls me either for replacement or not for refund. I call them but don't pick my call.

In two months they earned interest on my money. Can I take compensation for wasting my time because it's affects me too much as student.

Retailers take refund from company but they denied to refund or replacement. They try give me another laptop at higher price but same was available at low price on different shop. I want my money back so i buy according to my choice. Please help me, I'm student, this incident affect me soo much and my study.
