Dell India — Replacement of part for my new laptop

just i need to check my Express Service Code: [protected]

and my laptop Service Tag: 2N333G3

so they will get there all information

Very bad service by dell they give us faulty laptop, even when i have purchase dell laptop for three month i did not used and then after i started used so i used by external mouse so how the parts can be in fault .

when every i call them they tell bcoz of covid we are not getting the parts from china, my one question in laptop how can it be problem when i am using it by external mouse, how mouse pad can be in fault
