I have purchased new inspiration 5559 pc on 29 june, 2016 from your authorised seller the computer world, beguntary, lic sarani, jalpaiguri - 735101 (west bengal). service tag - 8mk5k72. they provided windows 10 only. ms office 2013 had not been provided with the pc.instead they have given office 2016 without product key. please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

Dell Inspiron 3551 Notebook This is my laptop i`m purchasing[protected].
But laptop battery unfortunately stopped working.
battery is not charging to few days so plz resolve this problem as soon as possible.
