Dell India — Speakers not working properly

I had purchased dell vostro laptop through oline on 8/6/2015.from the begining the speakers are giving sound of radio when thunderstorm and lightening comes. i .thought that on line purchases has no service. recently i came to know it has 1 year warenty

i request that necessary action to get it repaired or relace speakers immediately
