Dell India — Sudden shut down of a new dell laptop | |||
This is professor s n tak from rajasthan technical university, recently our organization purchased more then 100 laptops. Unfortunately, like other faculty members my new laptop is also shutting down suddenly from last 15 days. Most of the laptops are showing same problem. Kindly resolve it urgently. I have called the following number of a dell exclusive store in kottayam several times during the working hours [protected].They haven't answered my phone calls. One time they picked my phone and i asked them about a specific laptop and they were not ready to answer me.

My laptop did not show hard drive
My dell pendrive which was purchased in August 2016 form CIP computers, Vellore. I thought Dell brand is reputed and will be trouble free.
Now it is corrupted and not showing memory.
It is indicated in the product that the product has 5 years guarantee. All my data got lost and I could not even format it for other use.
