Dell India — System is completely out of order specifically not working in Windows

System is not working since 2 months and also we are not able to start it in Microsoft windows as well as in safe modes. And it is also requested that as it is allotted by Govt. of Haryana you are requested to visit the native place as there is no service provider from your good company.
