Dell India — Touchpad not working properly and cursor not working | |||
Hello team, Iam using dell inspiron 15 3537 model Service tag num:-[protected] When i am trying to enter something on laptop screen unable to type anything.. Because continuously * symbol coming and also at that time cursor not moving up to restart the screen, after some seconds iam facing same problem. You may try the following steps:
Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.
