hello sir, I complaint previously as my laptop getting hang so i get a service though phone and rebooted my system but still i am facing that problem and i informed customer care support assistant trough mail but no response. now i am facing other problem such as one of my usb port working properly, and other one is i cant use microsoft office such as word, excel etc. they are asking to activate microsoft accont. so please give me solution of arrange service. my contact details, [protected]@yahoo.com, [protected] sajad.
