Dell — LAPTOP NOT WORKING FROM DAY ONE OF PURCHASE

My system is not working from day one. Ref.: Complaint lodged with Dell Technical Support Stag#9PMPD32 SR #[protected] . I purchased a new system (Code [protected]/ Tag 9PMD3), received last Fri. evening, 24/4/15, directly from DELL paying Rs.78.769/. Daily around 1-2 hrs is wasted in remote tests/ follow ups with Technical team but the system is still not working. I have paid for NBD, Next Business Day Warranty and it’s now going to be 10 days. I feel very harassed and frustrated since being CA my professional is suffering without system. Kindly help. Thanks CA RKumar
