[Resolved]  Dell — Laptop shutdown and erratic sound

Please refer service request no[protected]. My lapto bostro 2420 got shut down suddenly 3-4 time last month and there is erratic sound from laptop when adaptor is connected. Tech support had taken control of my laptop twice and every time different person comes up and start asking same questions, which irritate the customer. I am really fed up of your response. I have requested to arrange service engineer which they are reluctant to do so. There is onsite warranty but dell donot want to honour it.
