Dell — latest update vga driver not supported

My laptop service tag no is D7GBBX1. I have already got vga driver from distributor on purchasing the laptop. I purchase this laptop on jul/aug 2013. This time windows is demanding latest update vga driver for the laptop. I have already download it. After installing this driver display is looking very blur or unreadable the desktop items and other things. pl give me right solution for the display and vga driver. Pl solve my problem through Mail. Regret for the inconvenience caused.
Would request you to install the Video, CHIPSET & BIOS friver from the following link :-
http://dell.to/18gzYNG

1) Enter the Service Tag and press submit button. ( You can find the service tag at the bottom of the laptop on white sticker, it’s a seven digit
alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.)
2) Click on Drivers and Downloads.
3) Choose the Operating system.
4) Click on respective option and download the respective drivers
& restart the computer and check the functionality.

Please ensure to un-install the CHIPSET & VIDEO driver before reinstalling from the link again, and install the Video Intel® HD Graphics from video option.
Do revert with the results post troubleshooting, I shall be glad to assist you.
