Dell — low quality product of laptop hard drive at higher price

i had purchase dell laptop since 15 month, now it is not working due to techinical problem as like harddrive problem. laptop screen not display now.hard drive fail within 15 month.iwant replace laptop. their is problem of company product, customer is not resposible about this problem. please solve my laptop problem as early as possible, other wise i go to press and media against dell company as dell is issue bed product in market
