I purchased a computer monitor (Model- Dell IN2030M 20" W HD MONITOR) of your renowned computer manufacturer on 28.05.13 from Vedant Computers Sales Pvt Ltd (Add- 26 G.C Avenue, kolkata-700013, W.B) vide tax invoice no. VCSPL/03739/1314.Now from 19.07.15 the monitor is not working.After switching on UPS the monitor is not getting switched on.Perhaps no power is getting transmitted to monitor.
