I have purchased a inspiron 360 desktop computer - Tag No. D48S8R1 Express Tag No. - [protected]. This computer was shipped in India in April 2012. Now it reports to have a non genuine window 7 home edition. I tried to repair the disk provided by the Dell as directed by dell technical support video clip. It erased all the free games and dell support programs. It worked nearly a month and now again started flashing the same massage of being Non-genuine. All my free games specially Luxor has been deleted during repair, i want all that back.
