Dell — non receipt of Power Cable

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Set of Computer alongwith a DELL Monitor with led of 54.6 CM (S224OL) from Windows World of Baruipur, Brickfield Road, Kolkata - 700144. Unfortunately, we are astonished that POWER CABLE has not been found in the box, though it is written in the contents in the front portion of the box. It is really unexpected from you like renouned company.I am sorry to say that this incident has made a bad impression of your company in my mind as i fail to start my DELL monitor today as well as become deprived from watching new. I think you will take an appropriate measure against this so that none like me face this and kindly arrange to send a power cable to my under noted address.(C/o Sujan Kumar Hazra, I-61 Baghajatin Pally, Kolkata-700092, near Baghajatin State General Hospital.
