Dell — Not able to detect the problem by Kolkata Dell servicing centre

Sir, I purchased one Laptop (S Code-[protected], Dell Inspiron N -5010) from Ludhiana, Punjab in the year 2010 and presently it is out of warranty. In the month of Jun 2015 I faced 'SUDDEN DISPLAY GOES OFF' problem in my Laptop and for smooth running purpose i have deposited my laptop in Kolkata Dell servicing centre bearing service request no. HCDMXP1, & customer care No.[protected]. Kolkata servicing centre charged Rs 15000/- for changing of Aplab Cable, HDD & battery vide order No.[protected] dtd 02 Jun 15. But Inspite of that as the same problem is still existing, and this time they are demanding for another Rs 18000/- for rectification of motherboard. As 18000/-+15000/-=33000/- is more or less sufficient to purchase a new one. So, I am in a great fix. will you please let me inform what will be the solution whethe i will spend Rs 18000/- more or will purchase a new one of another brand?
