Dell — Not proper response from dell back to college team

Even after the payment the warranty is not extended and ear plugs are not delivered for my REF No. 170615-MZSUUSXEJL and service tag ST: H4TJF32
I have been kept in cc with the concerned team but no response yet.

Make sure the warranty is extended and ear plugs are delivered at proper address.
