[Resolved]  Dell — not received sennheiser earphones

Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, I Pabbati Rajesh customer of Dell laptop purchased Dell inspiron 3542 model with Service Tag no:5D35312 on 17/07/2014 at Dell exclusive showroom at kphb near Technological university JNTU hyderabad. Dell given a college offer for students of worth 1299/- to paid which consists of three additonal benefits which include #1 two years additional warranty extension #2 levis gift voucher #3 senheisser earphones, I received first two warranty and levis gift voucher but till now not received senheisser earphones. I kept mail to Dell which is RW Promotions <[protected]@rwp.in> about senheisser earphons but till now I didnt recieved they said I will receive within 15 days it has already completed 3 months there is no response from them.
