Dell — Problem with Windows

I'd purchased my Dell Inspirion in UAE last December (2013). The system is hanging very frequently since last month, but i was denied service as my warranty is not updated online. If i want to re-install the Windows i dont have the software too. Would appreciate if you can make arrangements to send Windows 8.1 via post.
