[Resolved]  Dell — Refund of money paid for laptop

Sir/madam I have purchased a dell laptop insipron 3521 and it is under warranty.For 4-5 months it was working well but after that it started givimg me problem, 1st LCD display failed and then HDD both were replaced under warranty, then within one n half months again it breakdown, this time dell says RAM is faulty.i need that laptop every day for my work.I got this defective piece which breakdowns.I told them to replace the laptop or either refund my money back but they refused to do the same.I have paid so much money for that laptop and what i got is this defective piece.my service tag is 8VFFRX1 AND EXP Service code:[protected].I will be very much thankful to you if you help me out.its waranty period expires on 07 December 2014.I required that laptop for daily work. I lost my time and money because of the laptop and dell service
