[Resolved] Dell — Regarding Bad Customer Service | |||
I bought a Dell Vostro 2520, Service Tag- 1JM3MV1 20 months ago. It had a warranty of 12 months. In that period I had some hardware problems, which were soughed out by the professionals, Few days after the warranty ended, my computer started troubling me. Since I was quite busy that time, I wasn't able to extend the warranty or to file any complaint regarding the same. I had to discard the use of my laptop. As of now, I'm willing to extend the warranty.Reagrding which I had sent many emails, and called the customer support many a times. Dell's Customer Service has listened to me. I didn't get even a single reply of any of the mail. On the customer helpline the Sales Department never responds to any of the calls. The only reason I chose Dell was it very friendly Customer Support. But as of what I've seen, all these are myth and Crap Because of this laptop trouble, I've lost many of my important files. Causing me lot of financial loss. If this is the reality of the Dell service, then I'm going to advice the other customers never to go with Dell Products.
