[Resolved] Dell — Regarding Replacement of the product | |||
I bought dell vostro in july 2011, in july 2012 i have paid 10000rs for two years extended warrany, now i have some problems in my laptop and the executive say its because of the wear and tear, we cant replace .thank you so much dell, i was very happy with the service and that's why convinced many of my friends and relatives to go for dell in laptops, i have 2 dell laptops, but from today i my perception has changed, i paid 10k only to hear this. I will make sure that my surroundings and also who are active on social networking sites will not go for dell for its worst service and its fake extended warranties.
