[Resolved] Dell — Repeated Problems with a month and half device | |||
My name is Bharat Ravikumar. I bought an inspiron 15 5000 series laptop in August Service tag: s/n BH7N702 I just had my laptop serviced .Now my system won't even boot. Its says no boot device found. I don't know what to do with this laptop and i have a lot of work to do as I am a law student I'm late in submission of 2 project and I am supposed to give a pp presentation tomorrow. I am not at all satisfied with this system and I regret getting this for 45 000 And last time it got serviced they didn't put the screw properly and left out one. Also while removing the panel they put some scratches this I may live with but this constant problems are worrying. I would like to get this Laptop replaced. Because this is the Third time there is a problem first being the entire screen replaced. While servicing they forgot to put a screw back in and after a week it wont even boot. I am am not at all satisfied with my device. Either replace the Laptop or Give the Money back. This is a request. Was this information helpful? | |||
