I purchased a dell laptop, model- Vostro 2420, Service tag-GQBB4Y1 and Service code-[protected] dated 22nd july, 2013. But after the completion of one month only, defect was found with the display of the laptop. The laptop stopped working. I registered the complaint regarding the defect in the display of my laptop to the dell company, with the ticket no- I[protected].I was provided with the technical support for the purpose of repairing the laptop thrice by the company. But the defect in the laptop is still there. It is not working properly.The technical engineer informed me that the defect of the laptop cannot be resolved.
Now we are really having inconvenience in this defective laptop. So, I therefore, requested the dell company official to solve this query of mine. We urged them for the approve for the replacement of our defective laptop. But they are denying for the replacement.
