Dell — seal already brokened

Dear sir / madam, I am Esakki Pandi.P had purchased a new dell I 3543 Touch laptop on 21.04.2015 from BITMAP INFOMATIC DES shop in Jamnagar Gujarat. I had noticed that the seal is broken and another seal is placed on above it. I had asked the reason the dealer he told that it is done by dell company for installing software.
