I AM SIVANANDAN MS.
MY DELL VOSTRO IS UNDER WARRENTY. I GET AN ISSUE ''disk read error occured, press ALT, CTRL, DEL to restart''. it is the issue for past several days. i called THE TECH SUPPORT AND SPEND HOURS many times ...DID ALL THE STEPS AND THE ISSUE STILL PERSISTS. THE TECH WAS SAYING I CAN GET ONLY SUPPORT TO FIX THE ISSUE BY ASSISTING ME TO DO THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS. BUT MY PRODUCT IS IN WARRENTY.. THE ISSUE IS WITH THE HARD DISK. THE TECH WAS SAYING DELL DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. I HAVE THE RECORD, YOU ALSO HAVE, OF THAT PHONE CALL... NOW I WANT THE HARD DISK TO BE REPLACED AS IT IS UNDER WARRENTY..I DONT WANT TO GET ANY PHONE CALL FROM YOU..IF I DONT GET IT REPLACED BY GETTING THE CONFIRMATION FROM YOU within 24 hours THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT...
