Hi Sir/Madam,
I got a problem with my desktop service tag: F2R7T12, they are changed the motherboard two times, every time i said after replacing the motherboard get some burn smell i already told two times to technician and dell tech support team they said there is no problem . But after that same problem is repeating . Every day i am talking with tech support guys and they are taking remote session, i was wasted my time and money . i was paid 1000$ dollar’s to get some training from U.S people . Last 10 days i am not getting the training sessions due to desktop problem, they said they are not giving the training sessions again .
Every day i was spend 4 to 6 hours to dell support team and technician, i was loss everything, still problem is pending … i purchased this desktop 90K
