Dell has sold me very sub-standard product, which resulted in 5 times services and more than 75% parts are replaced. Till date the USBs' are not proper even after replacing them twice. This clearly indicates that Dell has sold me very sub-standard product.
When I am asking for payment for the cost of repair of Hard Disc, I had been threatened by Dell employee (call came from [protected] at 04.09 PM on 28.01.2014), saying that they will take legal action on me. This shows clearly your atrocity, instead of helping to resolve the problem/helping to get the data backup.
Considering the above situation I have no other option other than going to Consumer court to get the quality product or re-imbursement of cost including the cost of hardship and loss of data.
