[Resolved] Dell — Substandard build quality of the laptop and performance issues | |||
I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 (3521) laptop last year and have faced serious issues. After some time o[censored]sage the left hinge broke off and it led to my display developing lines and the lcd back panel cover to develop cracks. I got it repaired but now the same thing has happened with the right hinge.This laptop is made of substandard plastic body. The hinges are so thin that they break off in time even with minimal usage.I really didnt expect a company of repute such as dell to deliver such a shoddy product. Was this information helpful? | |||

i brought a new dell inspiron laptop 15 30000 series after receiving the bill i was asked to register for dell diwali offer that includes 2 years of extended warrenty and 3000 worth coupons. i registered and got a sms that within 7 days they would process and send me the payment link. i mailed dell customer care. they said that the registration is successful. but they haven't given me any payment link. when i mailed regarding the payment, there is no replay. moreover the customer care numbers provided by them are not working(either busy or not picking up the call). never expected such a worst care from the most reputed brand DELL. i think they wouldn't replay till the deadline and say that the offer is over
