Dell — System not working properly after 3 Times of service | |||
I have purchased my Dell Inspiron 3521 Service Tag CT48QZ1 on 28/08/14. The laptop took around 15 mins to start. I gave the laptop to the kolkata service center for service. It was said to have an OS related issue, they reinstalled my OS. It worked properly for about a month and then again started giving problems like restarting on its own, it took several mins to switch on and off the pc and much more. I again visited the service center this time they said it had some OS, Motherboard, Battery problem. they took another 4 to 5 days to fix it. Now after 2 weeks of service it has again started to create a lot of problems.Its too slow, restarting battery getting drained out within an hour or two... if i purchase a laptop and have to give it for service every month then what is the use of it... i am seriously fed up with service i am getting from you end.
