As discussed, we regret to inform you that we would be unable to help you with the DVD drive replacement on your system. Dell has shipped the system to vendor without the DVD drive and if you have received the system with DVD drive it would have been installed by the vendor. Therefore we request you to contact the vendor if there is any issue with the drive. Please revert for any further clarification and we will be glad to help you.
