on 9th august 2014 i purchased a laptop of dell, after one its touch pad stops working, it took me one month to register complaint in dell because their website and numbers for complaints were not working, they in turn jst give a troubleshoot on phone...laptop is not any window or driver since last 8 months, dell is saying its not their responsibility, i m astonished that how could they say that...after all laptop is manufactured by dell...nd it is having some manufacturing defect...its colour also start fading after one month i purchased it...dell is not undertaking it under warranty...i want this defected laptop to return back to ...and want my money refunded back...as the defect in laptop is from the begining...please seek into the matter as early as possible Was this information helpful? |
