[Resolved] Dell — unjustified delay in replacing faulty parts | |||
Hi i bought a dell inspiron laptop for my dad, since the day it was bought it has been giving us problems with the keyboard, when we registered the complaint with the call centre, the email that we received was that they do not have the spare and there is delay due to unavoidable reasons for supplying the part. I really don't understand what the term "unavoidable reasons " means . Also additionally they have the audacity to put it over email that they do not know how much time it will take to replace the faulty part. i am writing this mail while i am on a call hold with the support team which is clearly not aware of the escalation matrix. My question is when you do not accept money in parts why should i pay and not be able to use the equipment. why is not being replaced, why is the customer being forced to go throught horrifying experience of continuously following up with different service executives. Why does dell even have such models for sale in the market for which it does not have spares ? and more importantly is there any quality check happening if at all. service no :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
